I missed my flight, what I need to do next?
Depending on your ticket, you can rebook your same ticket in next flights with applicable charges. The charges include change fee plus no-show fee plus difference in fare. Some tickets may be non-changeable. That means if you miss your flight, the ticket is lost. Similarly if your ticket is refundable and you find any other alternative airline option to travel, you can apply for ticket refund.
My visa is rejected. Will I get refund of my visa fee?
No! all visa fees are non-refundable in case your visa gets refused by the embassy.
I have visit visa, can I travel on one-way ticket?
The rules, regulations and law requires all passengers who are traveling on short term visit visas to have return air ticket. Generally passengers with visit visas and having only one-way ticket are refused to board by airline or immigration.
